Returns and products changes occur only when they do not meet the follow requirements:
- Receive a different item.
- The size and / or color requested does not match.
The request for the return and change can be through email at NK_Clothing@outlook.com while the products must be sent within 2 calendar days from the day of receipt.
In the application for return and change, buyer must also choose a product that will replace what is returned. Buyer can select the same product in another size or color or he can choose a completely different product. If the new product has a higher price the buyer pays the difference or if lower subtracts the difference from transport.
The return of non-factory error products must meet the following prerequisites:
- Item must be in excellent condition (not be scratched, washed, worn, or ironed).
- Item has the original packaging and labels.
The return of the product is made to the address stated on the package.
RETURNS WITHIN CYPRUS:
If the buyer returns the product for one of the above reasons then there is no extra delivery charge as our company assumes the delivery costs. Returns made through Travel Express.
RETURNS OUTSIDE THE CYPRUS:
If the buyer returns the product for one of the above reasons then there is no extra delivery charge as our company assumes the delivery costs. Returns made through mail.
